We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or client case details to law firms or any third parties. As a marketing agency, we initiate outreach to attorneys in our network on a deliberate, non-spam basis — we contact attorneys first through LegalLeads rather than passing your information around for others to contact you indiscriminately. From there, we guide clients toward independent attorneys in our network who may be able to assist.

• With Attorneys in Our Network: When you submit a legal matter, we review it and selectively share relevant case details with attorneys in our network for the purpose of potential legal representation. We do not sell this information — attorneys do not pay to receive your data, and we control the outreach to keep it relevant and not spam.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors (e.g., hosting and email delivery) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
